Still Alive!!!

Yes, I'm still alive. Haven't had much interest in posting lately. This UC thing has me down. Can't seem to completely shake this flair which I've been fighting for a year now. Thought I had it beat in July by going gluten-free, but, in the end, it didn't happen. Not even sure if the meds are even working at this point. Not sure what the future holds. Perhaps surgery or other meds - who knows.

Anyway, just got from two weeks in Minnesota with the family. Had a great time and was able to get my mind off of being sick. Did a ton of things - Vikings, Twins, State Fair, eat, and eat, and eat!!! Now if only I could get back in shape. Actually, I don't really care - I just want to be healthy.

Well, it's time to make dinner, so I need to go. Thanks for listening to my whining. Maybe I will see you on the road one of these days. Later...
