Road Ride

Yeah boiy!!! I finally had my first road ride in three weeks this morning. It wasn't much (about 1:15), but at least it's a start. The highlight of the ride was seeing a family of turkeys - two adults and three little ones. I told Ian about it when I got home, but he wasn't impressed. Kids these days - it takes alot to impress them. I guess I should have told him that I saw Bumblebee or Optimus Prime. Now that would have impressed him!!! I'm completely out of shape and about five pounds heavier than I was in March. That OK...maybe they will increase my meds next week since my weight is up. Maybe it's actually working. I won't find out until I get completely of the pred. I've been tapering VERY slowly and it will be a few more weeks before I'm done...hopefully...
